If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund — no need to return the item. Just reach out and let us know what went wrong; you're welcome to keep, donate, or dispose of the product as you see fit.

How to request a refund

Email us at jerry@thehappyfloof.store with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
